This 37 Acre Gated Community is a private island community located on 67th Street. The condo and the community are ideal for a relaxing week at the beach. You'll be two blocks from the ocean, restaurants, mini-golf, the OC Bus, and shops. The Community features an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, three private beaches, boat slips, a crabbing pier, an island cafe and pool bar, a general store, 24-hour security with gated access, and an interactive fountain. Things to Know Condo package pricing (each condo package has an additional $15 fee paid to the condo association): A building registration fee includes six facility passes and two parking passes. Additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass.The fees are the following: (Each Condo Package will also have an additional $15.00 surcharge that is paid to the Condo Association): Winter (January 1 - April 30, and October 1 – December 31) = $75. Spring (May 1- May 23) = $110. Summer season (Sunday BEFORE Memorial Day, May 24 to Saturday AFTER Labor Day, September 12) = $150. Fall (September 13 - September 30) = $110. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
