This beachfront condo is complete with all the essentials and all the comforts of home, including a well-equipped kitchen with every appliance you could ever need, cable TV, central air conditioning, free WiFi, washer/dryer on site, a convenient balcony with great beach and ocean views, and a prime location! THINGS TO KNOW No smoking and no pets, please. High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Indoor pool hours are limited and not guaranteed during the winter. The pool/hot tub is managed by the HOA/property. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Pluses: We love North Ocean City and were very pleased with this condo. The oceanfront view was amazing, and we were on a high enough floor that the beach noise wasn't an issue. Having two beds in the second bedroom made things easy for our teenagers to share a room. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was easy to find. Finding some chairs in the laundry room to use on the beach was an unexpected bonus!Negatives: The mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced. My spouse and I kept rolling over into a sagging middle. The couches in the living room were also showing their age.
