The Space:

The Golden Sands, located in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want without needing to leave the building complex. Enjoy the beach, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, oceanfront volleyball, and game and exercise rooms! During the summer season, visit the beach bar and grill, sandwich shop, convenience store, and gift shops. A well-rested vacation awaits at this charming, family-friendly condo just steps away from the beach! It's well-equipped with everything you and sports new renovations for 2023. Complete with an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and three new smart TVs, your stay here will be one you'll always remember. The private balcony has terrific views, adding to this vacation home's appeal. The complementary unit WiFI allows you to share highlights with friends and family. And, with an in-unit washer/dryer, you'll have the added conveniences of a home.



Things to Know

The building provides complimentary WiFi as a courtesy, but it is not guaranteed.

The indoor pool and large outdoor pool will not accommodate children in diapers. There is an outdoor kiddie pool provided for children in diapers.

Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Sands grounds.



Assigned Parking begins Sunday 6/6/26 through 9/11/26. In Season Check in and Parking instructions:

NO EARLY PARKING or NO EARLY CHECK-INS ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SATURDAYS ONLY… ****Security Staff will be positioned in the parking lot to give you your parking permit and parking space number at your check in time through 8pm, after 8pm please go to the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands building. There is 1 parking space available and Building Policy is a strict No early parking. Vehicles may not be parked or left unattended during the move in or move out process. All vehicles must be parked in your assigned parking space or your vehicle is subject to booting or towing at the vehicle owner’s expense. Parking tags must be displayed at all times. ***No Early Parking and space numbers are NOT the same as the unit number.

***SUNDAY through FRIDAY…June 6th, 2026 through September 11th, 2026 ****Please see the front desk in the lobby of the Golden Sands for your parking permit at your check in time. Please have your check in email ready for staff. ***



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Communication with the host was great. Check in time of 2pm was a plus so we could enjoy the rest of the day. Room and property was clean with a great oceanfront view. Condo was well stocked and had extras of things such as blankets, pillows, games, and beach gear. The welcome package of toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, and dish liquid was nice and the condo came with linens and towels. We did have to wash towels a few times because it was a limited supply, but that was fine. We had a great parking garage space that went with the condo.The only thing that was irritating and I know the condo owners don't have a say in this, was at the pool, you couldn't have a drink at the poolside. Your beverage had to be at your lounger which was ridiculous. For those of us adults that just want to sit by the water and sip a drink, you couldn't do this. It wasn't enforced until mid week and they brought staff out to sit there all day and "watch" us. You also had to sign in and out of the pool area with the number in your party which was ridiculous as well. We paid a large amount of money to stay there for the week and it was all families. No one that I saw was acting like a fool. One day of feeling like I was being scrutinized was enough, so the last day was not spent at the pool.Overall, the condo was wonderful and we had a relaxing week. Thank you to the host for everything. Not sure if we would stay there again only because of the pool enforcers.

We're so glad the condo felt clean, well stocked, and ready for a relaxing week, right down to the extra blankets, games, and beach gear. The pool sign in and beverage rules you ran into are set by the building rather than the condo itself, and we hear you on how that took away from the easy, sit by the water feeling you were hoping for.
