Zentral gelegene FeWo mit Balkon

In dieser FeWo im 3. Stock mit Westbalkon und 2 Schlafzimmern haben wir uns insgesamt sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Was wir vermisst haben, wäre eine Stehlampe im WoZi, da die Deckenbeleuchtung keine Gemütlichkeit schafft. Und der Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon konnte man im Ständer nicht festmachen, das müßte nachgebessert werden. Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, zur Promenade mit Restaurants nur 3 Min zu Fuss. Der Ort Unteruhldingen eignet sich sehr gut für Ausflüge mit dem Schiff (nach Mainau oder Konstanz, kostenpflichtig) oder mit dem Bus (nach Meersburg usw., kostenlos mit der Gästekarte). Der Ort ist jedoch recht klein, daher muß man es abwägen, ist eventuell nicht für jeden.
