The property is great and we had a wonderful stay. The only drawback is the stained carpet in the living room. The furniture, while old, was well clean. We would certainly stay again.

Disliked: Communication
Decent pricing for a peak season visit. Decor is definitely dated but functional. Some noticeable wear and tear to the place but it's clean. Good amount of space and close to a quieter beach. You do have to drive 15 minutes for the key fob to the community pools which is fairly inconvenient as the rental center is pretty much at the beach, so you may as well swim there. Wi-Fi is good enough for typical usage and there are smart TVs for streaming. The room did come with a vcr and some tapes which I personally found pretty neat. Not too far from Ocean Isle or calabash for food and activities. All in all a solid mid-low budget choice for families.
