The Space:

Featuring new furniture (2016), a remodeled primary bath on the first floor, a concrete slab outside the sunroom with Adirondack chairs to view the pond, a rear screened porch, and a front patio, this coastal getaway has it all! The main level is home to a living and dining area, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, a half bathroom, and a primary suite with a remodeled bathroom, while the top floor features the loft, full bathroom (shared by two bedrooms), and the second primary suite. Central air-conditioning, a washer/dryer (new for 2019), and a one-car garage with an extra refrigerator provide added convenience.
While here, lounge comfortably while watching something on one of the four included TVs, three of which have Blu-ray players. Wake up every morning with a cup of coffee from the Keurig while listening to your favorite songs with the Bose sound speaker or checking the weather through the Echo Dot. Guests can use the garage but cannot park inside due to the garage housing a fridge. You may park in the driveway, or the street for an additional cost.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.
The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
