Bethany Beach Front

Lovely furnished condo with upgraded baths/showers. We had 4 adult children and two grand kids with us, and there was plenty of room for all. Great view of ocean. I would stay here again anytime.

Wonderful Condo

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The condo was better than the pictures and the kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, we had a minor issue with a cabinet door coming off the hinge and someone came within an hour to fix it. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely off-season stay

Lots of room, beautiful renovations, great unobstructed ocean views. We saw dolphins, 2 whales, and hiked inland to birdwatch. We rode bikes in Assateague and saw the wild horses (just 30 min away). I highly recommend Fins across the street for great seafood.

We have stayed in many different units and this is one of our favorites. Beds were generally good, kitchen is well stocked, and living room was comfortable. This unit is further away from the main activities and may not be best for everyone. We enjoyed the quieter feel.

Off season trip

The condo was very well appointed and well stocked with all one would need, with a great view of the beach and all that was going on, including a Fox! Off season the pools are limited, I.e. mainly closed, but the beach was almost deserted, great for walking. It was a good location for exploring the Sate Parks and National Seashore but after 3 days we would have run out of things to do, not being people to sit on the beach!

Awesome condo

Great stay at this beautiful condo. Right on the beach as described. Could hear the ocean in master bedroom and living area. Loved the well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were so much fun with a splash pad for the kids. The only drawback was the parking situation. We had a family of 8 coming from 4 different states with 4 cars and had to find alternative parking for two family members.

Beautiful setting, aging furniture

Beautiful views from balcony and MBR. Great kitchen design and setup. The couch and bedroom #2 furniture are aging. The bunk bed and trundle bed are shaky. The curtains in #2 also don’t open for a view.

The Room was spacious and decorated nicely great ocean view, However we had no running water and no hot water. And one bathroom toilet would not flush !

Nice, but overpriced

We love Sea Colony and have been coming here for years. This was our first time staying in 608 Island House. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. Two out of the three bedrooms were nice. However, upon our arrival we noticed that the condo did not seem very clean. There were sand and seashells in various dresser drawers and food was left in the cabinets in the kitchen. We expected a much better cleaning given the current pandemic and the inability to check-in until 4. The condo needs a little love- a lot of the outlets did not work, the bunk beds were very shaky and we had to change the air conditioning filter- it was completely black. Given the price to rent the condo for 1 week, I expected things to be a lot nicer.

We sincerely apologize that the cleaners missed wiping out some of the dresser drawers and removing some food items in the cabinets. We also apologize for the problem with the outlets. Had you let us know, we would have been more than happy to send someone to take care of the missed cleaning items, the outlet problem and shaky bunk beds. The comfort and satisfaction of our guests is very important to us and we are disappointed that we did not have opportunity to make this right for you so you could have enjoyed your stay even more.
