Great ocean view! Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony - home to new furniture in 2018 - of this remodeled seventh floor 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level layout offers a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with its own private half bathroom). Recent updates (2016): New king bed in the primary bedroom and new 55-inch HDTV in the living room and 42-inch flat screen with Blu-ray in the primary bedroom! Many new furnishings, mattresses and new pots and pans! Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, small DVD library, board games Keurig, Wifi. Plus, 2 boogie boards and beach umbrella (courtesy items not guaranteed). Guests of Sea Colony can enjoy access to a private guarded beach, ten outdoor pools, two indoor pools, a championship tennis center, a fitness center, basketball court, boardwalk, tax-free shopping, amusement parks, water parks, mini-golf, two public/private golf courses nearby, a movie theater, and fun activities like fishing, kayaking, and surfing.

Was our BEST beach vacation. Location was perfect. Enjoyed some of our old favorite spots and discovered some new ones as well. The living space was excellent! Great care was taken to make things pleasant and comfortable. We were able to enjoy the sound of the waves all week....sunrise was GORGEOUS.!

Wonderful Vacation

My husband and I had a great time at this beautiful beach home. Amazing location and wonderful oceanfront property on the 7th floor. Beautifully beach themed decor, very comfortable, a home away from home. We have stayed at Sea Colony at least 10 times, this was the first time at this condo. We would definitely love to stay here again. You can tell a lot of love and care went into this home by the owners. We loved it! Hopefully we will be there again next year. Thank you !

Happy with the unit. Disappointed with Vaca

We have been staying in this unit for several years and are always happy with it. The service was great until I checked out and left some clothes in a drawer. I called the day after leaving and submitted a ticket. Despite having called several times and being told someone would contact me, I never heard back. I assume these items are now gone and I am very disappointed. My husband and I have been going to Sea Colony for many years so the level or lack of service on this incident is not what I would have expected. Very unhappy with how this was ignored.

Cute beachy condo with perfect view

My husband and I stayed at this condo July 2021 for a week. The condo is warm and inviting and decorated for beach lovers. You can tell that the owners take a lot of care of the place. The space was perfect for a couple with the open living room/kitchen area and the king sized bed in the bedroom. It was also nice having the extra half bath. The view is worth the rental price. It's an amazing direct view of the ocean and the balcony is long with plenty room for seating. It gets nice and shady in the afternoons and it was lovely to sit outside and watch the ocean. I saw a school of dolphins one morning. We also liked how close it was to 3 different pools including the hot tub at the Edgewater building. The owners have lots of kitchen supplies and we used the Keurig coffee maker each day. It also was convenient to have the small washer/dryer to dry off our bathing suits. Our only minor complaints was the toilet and having to hold down the handle for flushing and also getting into the condo can be tricky. Need to make sure you are turning the lock correctly while entering the code. We eventually became pro's at it! I would highly recommend renting this condo.
