Walk to the community's pool and clubhouse! All bedrooms are on the second floor. Its well-equipped kitchen features double oven, refrigerated wine cabinet and eat-in area. Extras: 2 TVs, DVD, Keurig, book & DVD library, games, gas fireplace, gas grill, wireless internet. Things to know The outdoor amenities are open mid-June through Labor Day; the exercise room can be enjoyed year-round The fifth bedroom is accessible only through the fourth bedroom Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
