The Villa for Families Los Agaves is located in La Cala de Mijas and offers beautiful mountain views. The property, spread over 2 floors, consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, washing machine, and a TV with DVD player. You will also find a private sauna and a pool table. 2 cots and 2 high chairs are provided.



The villa features a private outdoor area with a pool, hot tub, garden, 2 covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. There is also a communal tennis court available when not occupied. The property is located 600 metres from the beach and close to an 8 km coastal path.



There are 2 parking spaces on the property and 1 in a garage. Pets are not allowed. The property has step-free access and is reserved for families. Parties are only allowed for guests staying in the house, respecting night hours and neighbours; in case of disturbance, authorities will be contacted. Entry to the house is prohibited for non-guests. Beach and pool towels are provided.

A truly lovely villa! Host amazing! Location amazing! lovely beach and restaurants in walking distance. The gardens and pool totally stunning. We fitted 3 family’s of friends in to the villa, we all had an amazing time. The pool table was a great added bonus.

The most perfect holiday home.

Pros: We were a group of 10. Even before we arrived our host Diego communicated every single little detail. His hospitality when we arrived was first class. This villa was the most well stocked villa we have ever stayed in, there is not one single thing you would be looking for. The outdoor area was beyond amazing and we enjoyed many a night cooking outside. I can’t recommend this villa enough. I do need to add a small pleasure everyone commented on… the fresh smell from the towels. Cons: Having to come home.

Amazing villa, great host!

The villa was fantastic and Diego was really helpful before & during our stay. He recommended a company for our golf/airport transfers and helped us book the local golf courses. We were a group of golfers & our partners (12 people) in early June 2023. The villa is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a local supermarket. The supermarket had everything we needed, although we did eat out most evenings. The tennis court is even closer and was available both times we wanted to use it. You don't need a car to get to restaurants, it's about 20 minutes into town. We were a 15 minute minibus ride to the three golf courses we played. The villa is great with some highlights being: the outdoor BBQ area, the pool, the pool table downstairs, the sauna & jacuzzi downstairs. The master bedroom has balconies overlooking the garden. No complaints at all, we would stay in this villa again if we're ever in the area again.

På alle måder et perfekt sted for den store familie at holde ferie!

Pros: Diego (værten) er uovertruffen og vi kan kun give ham - og naturligvis huset - de bedste anbefalinger. Huset er rummeligt, velindrettet og har alle tænkelige faciliteter. Have- og poolområdet ligger ugenert og er meget velholdt.

dejligt stort hus med veludstyret køkken og meget smuk og frodig have

Pros: God plads i huset med mange soveværelser og badeværelser. Beliggenhed i roligt kvarter, og alligevel i gåafstand til indkøb ,restaurant og strand. Meget flot og frodig og ugenert have, og dejligt udekøkken.
