Cleanliness is below par, great cabin otherwise.

I am very icky when it comes to public toilets/bathrooms. You can imagine my disgust upon seeing brown stains in both of the toilets in the cabin. Other than that, cabin was great, wifi was fast so I was able to work. For a place that charged half for stay and the other half as a service fee, I think it wouldve been better.

Hello Subrina, thank you for sharing your experience with us; we appreciate your honest feedback. I’m glad to hear you enjoyed the cabin and that the WiFi was fast. I’m really sorry to hear about the brown stains on the toilets. I fully understand your frustration, and I wish you had let us know during your stay so our housekeeping team could have taken care of it right away. I regret that we didn’t fully meet your expectations this time. We’d love the opportunity to host you again and provide a much better experience in the future.

Beautiful venue.

The large kitchen table and plenty of cupboard space was nice, not much there for condiments, so bring your own. There is a lobster pot, which we utilized, The shower heads and water pressure are wonderful, the toilets are quite low so if disabled or bad knees, not the best situation. Looked like a new dishes set which were very nice. The TV is not large but worked well and streaming worked fine. It's a beautiful rustic cabin the small fireplace is comforting and warming although we couldn't find a blower on it. The fridge was large and worked well, no ice maker or ice cube trays there though. Nice coffee pot with filters provided.

Hi, Nancy. Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed many aspects of the home—from the large kitchen table and ample cupboard space to the lobster pot, good shower heads, and water pressure. It’s great to know the new dishes, functional TV with streaming, rustic cabin charm, cozy fireplace, large fridge, and nice coffee pot all added to your experience. We also appreciate your helpful notes about bringing your own condiments, the low toilets being a challenge for guests with disabilities or bad knees, the absence of a blower on the fireplace, and the lack of an ice maker or ice cube trays in the fridge. Your feedback is invaluable and will be shared with our local team to help improve future stays. Thank you again for your detailed insights. We truly appreciate your stay and would love to welcome you back anytime!
