We stayed at Serenity 722 as a group of 16. Our stay was fantastic. The property was clean and peaceful. The property was close in proximity to many attractions throughout the city.Prepare yourself by bringing a broom. Somehow the property doesn't have one. Otherwise, be sure to refer to the email preparing you for the trip. The email details which items are included and what you should bring. Also, the pool is not attached to this building. It is a community pool however, it was always clean, quiet, and rarely occupied by other guests.A great experience overall.

The property lived up to the listing! Right off the main strip and close to good attractions. Plenty of space for lots of family fun. The host was very responsive to issues and very friendly. Would definitely book this space again.

The location of this property is excellent; quiet and yet convenient! The floor plan and layout is exceptional for a multi-family group, which is how we were traveling, and it suited our needs perfectly!! Upon arrival, we did discover that the fridge wasn’t working, and had to contact the host regarding the issue. The host notified me that the issue had been escalated, but that didn’t seem to rush the issue, it was pretty late when I first reported the issue, and because of the time of day a resolution wasn’t available that night, despite the hosts best efforts. We were able to make do by putting our perishables into the freezer and by the next morning around 9ish a new fridge was delivered and set up. We also had a couple of other minor issues that were repaired at the same time the fridge was delivered. In conclusion, the attention to detail by the management company is lacking, but overall they have an excellent property and we would stay again!

The property was dirty inside and out, the property was not well kept. We bought food and the fridge didn’t work, so we had to keep food in freezer and the ice melted. The beds were dirty with bugs on the mattress cover, floors hadn’t been clean sinks couches etc were just disgusting. I wouldn’t stay again nor recommend the property.
