It was extremely hot inside there. There was a portable a/c unit that had a hose running up to a windows but it would not stay up there. Everything it fell it would just blow all the hot air inside. Buge windows and sliding glass door faced west so basically all day sun and the large window didn't have a blind or anything to help block tbe sun out. The ad says access to the dock but as soon as we got there we were told to stay off the dock. Heavy equipment outside the loft trying to put in a boat launch ,this went on for numerous days. And last but not least the abundance of spiders. Unbelievable amou t of them. The home owners did provide bug spray that we found u Der the counter but even bringing our own was no match for the amount of spiders we dealt with.Othef than that the views are wonderful and all in all there wasn't all that much noise considering..the location is great. Doesn't take long to get to just about anything that you may need.

The exhaust vent for the portable floor AC broke off! It was venting inside the house the hot air STUIPID! Nothing from them nothing said during stay its fixed now but how dumb to just let hot air vent inside and complain its hot. We had a tree cut down and moved it out they book last second and told them about the tree issue. We only had a few hours and work when they were gone Section of the dock was under repair and marked off the dock is 180' long so it still gave ample room to boat. We spray for spiders, but they make webs on water nightly . Waterfront issues unforntuanlly
