Great location right on the lake. Lots of amenities provided. If you enjoy boating and swimming this is a great place to stay.Unfortunately the stay was during a heat wave & there was no a/c. It was uncomfortably warm at night and there were lots of bugs! Otherwise we had a great time. Would come back but not in the middle of summer.

We really enjoyed our stay at launch point! Being right on the lake was magical and made for a fun summer getaway. The property manager was very kind and responsive. As other reviews mentioned while there isn’t potable tap water we found they supplied sufficient water for us for our stay! The cabin is definitely rustic with character so if you aren’t amenable to bugs or a lack of AC this isn’t the place for you. The rustic nature of it was worth it for the location and also wonderful neighbors!

The property was okay. Definitely deferred maintenance on the exterior. Interior in okay condition, but lots of elements not working i.e. hot water in a bathroom, no screens in certain windows etc. It was listed as potable water and then when we arrived there was a note in the kitchen that it was not.An amenity was listed as iron/board and there was no iron. To owner credit, they did deliver one the next day.
