Pearl Beach House - Walk to FMB, Pool & Hot Tub!

Walk to Fort Myers Beach and skip the parking hassle. We provide all the beach gear (including a wagon) for easy days in the sun. Cool off back home in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. In the evening, stroll or hop on our electric scooters to nearby dining and ice cream spots. Plenty within walking distance! Ask about using our golf cart for extra fun and convenience. For groups over 6, a pull-out sofa is available, best suited for children under 10.

We provide guests with an access code 24 hours before check-in. We are happy to answer any questions guests might have during their stay! Our local team is available to address concerns/issues.

Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The house was very clean and organized when we arrived. It has everything you need for your stay there. The area is beautiful, quiet, and literally half a block from the beach. Casey is very communicative and attentive when you write to her. She’s very reliable and I highly recommend this property.
