Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must be 25+ to rent. No Bachelor/ Bachelorette groups at the home. The people who rent the home are the only ones allowed at the home.
No Fireworks. Must do check out procedures to avoid a min $100 fee. No Glass on dock
Quiet hours must be followed 10pm-8am. Second warning will be asked to leave without refund.
