The Space:

Second-floor walk-up, 800 sq ft. Queen bed in each bedroom, 65″ smart TV, desk, full kitchen with dishwasher & coffee setup, central AC/heat.



Guest Access:

Entire apartment and balcony. To reach the shared fenced backyard, exit through the front door and walk around the side of the house. Your door code will be released one hour before check-in time. Luggage drop-off before check-in is available by request and requires prior approval. Laundromats are available nearby.



The Neighborhood:

The apartment is on California Avenue in St. Louis. Use the listing map to plan trips to Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, South Grand and downtown.



Getting Around:

Free street parking is available on both sides of California Avenue, subject to availability and posted signs.



Other Things to Note:

Stairs—no elevator. Quiet hours are 22:00-07:00. A Minut noise monitor is installed in the living room (no audio). Street parking is first-come, read signs. An active Ring camera next to the front door covers the front porch and yard. Smoke/CO alarms & extinguisher inside. Cleaning during your stay is available on request for an additional fee.
