This spacious 5BR, 3BA waterfront home is ideal for families and friends. Swim, kayak, and relax in the sun without leaving the property, or take advantage of the private dock—perfect for cruising the lake, waterskiing, tubing, or heading to the party at the sandbar. Spend evenings at the firepit watching the sunset.

Full A/C in main house and carriage house. Designed for groups with all linens and kitchen essentials provided so leave those and your stress at home!

The carriage house is a completely separate unit with two bedrooms. Great for multigenerational or multifamily travelers who want to spend quality time together, but also have a bit of privacy.

There are kayaks and lifejackets and floats available for your use. A boat does not come included with the rental, but if you do rent a boat, there’s plenty of room on the dock to keep it for your stay.

Tilton outlets, Lake Estate on Winnisquam, and several golf courses nearby.
