This upscale, ideal location is one block from Main Street, across Sawmill Creek from the renowned Riverwalk Center, in the cul-de-sac on Streamside Circle. Everything downtown is walkable - restaurants, music, bars, shopping, escape rooms, the Recreation Center, the river walk, bike rentals, the gondola, and more! Including free shuttle stops and the Breck Transportation center to head around town or off to Frisco, Dillon, Copper, Keystone, and Silverthorne, where there are factory outlet stores. Breck's Free Shuttle (Free Ride) has an app that lets you see exactly where the buses are at any given time.

THE SPACE
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, views of the mountains, a large private hot tub, and toys/board games for the kids. This unit is equally comfortable for parties of entirely adults as well as for families.

The three bedrooms each have their own full baths with granite counters and are located on separate, private levels. The brand new American Leather pull-out sofa is exceptionally comfortable as well. You will enjoy the open, fully-equipped kitchen with granite counters and a breakfast bar, as well as the dining room with mountain views. On the lower level, there is a separate den with a TV and a full-sized washer and dryer.

The large, private hot tub on the deck off the main level is a favorite year-round attraction, offering mountain views and shelter among the pine and aspen trees.
