Welcome to the place you'll spend your evenings soaking in the hot tub under the stars, gathering around the fire pit, or enjoying the peaceful country surroundings. Families will love the swing set and spacious outdoor areas, while guests of all ages can enjoy the slower pace and fresh air that come with the countryside by the Elk River.

Well manicured grounds! The detailed pictures was exactly what we got!! Quiet and breathtaking. The property has so much space with a beautiful rental barn that is available for family functions if needed.Grill ready for comfortable dining on the back deck with a view of the sheep’s quarters and an inviting jacuzzi!!! Ahhh… it was so refreshing, relaxing, just what the Dr. prescribed!!Howdy at the entrance!!! A true home away from home with a vacation vibe filled with all necessities you need!!(Food not included} Every room has comfortable beds, so set your alarm if you have scheduled plans!!This was definitely one of our top 3 best rental homes and we are currently planning to return before summer ends!!!

Excellent stay at this house. Only issue was the AC had trouble keeping up with the crazy heat wave (100 degrees for three days!). Manager was very responsive to concerns about the AC, even video calling and sending someone out to check it out at 10pm when we got there. Three bedrooms upstairs, two downstairs. Three baths but one only has a tub and a handheld shower hose, so we shared the two showers. Great stay overall.

The home, setting, BBQ, hot tub and home were terrific for our family gathering in MD celebrating a 40th birthday, cooking together, enjoying family time and the surrounding area. A favorite local spot was the Milburn Orchard for blueberry picking and playtime for the kids including the huge slides and feeding the goats. The rating would have been even higher but unfortunately there was a water issue in the basement which led to a foul odor in the downstairs bathroom and bedrooms that was unable to be remedied during our stay.
