Why they chose this property

Proximity to Downtown Venice, Restaurants, the Beach, and Marinas was paramount when selecting where to buy. This property meets all the features we were looking for. This property affords outstanding walkability in a very modern home with a private pool.

What makes this property unique

This is a newer property with a single-story open floor plan featuring a private pool. Plus, there is a separate Casita for visitors to enjoy privacy from the main house.
