This home is phenomenal. If it isn’t brand new you fooled us. It was so clean and airy. The lanai with the pool and hot tub was such a great treat. We hung there some days bersus the beach, great sun.The hosts had a special welcome gift upon arrival…. Very sweet of them.Both hosts numbers are provided in their Welcome Book. We had first spoken with Scott so we reached out to him with a question or two. He was very nice to speak to and work with and was easily accessible. His wife Bree was available also, they have their guests covered.The Welcome book gives you ideas of things to do and they shared some of their favorite things in the area and we did two of their restaurants- very good.The beach is less than 2 miles from the house and it was Gorgeous AND the hosts had everything you’d need to enjoy the day there. We flew in so we needed it all. Beautiful starry nights and a peaceful neighborhood.Many thanks Scott and BreeUntil next timeThe Deuel/Prkna Family

Beautiful house in South Venice

We had a wonderful stay. The house is relatively new, quiet location and very clean. Exactly as shown on the pictures. Close to beach and other facilities. Easy communication with the owner.

Amazing Venice

Fabulous house located just a short drive to beautiful beaches in the Venice/Englewood area.. The house was spotless, very well equipped, comfortable and very spacious. The pool area was great and enjoyable. The house had everything necessary for the beach, umbrella, chairs, towels, games, etc. Tropical Storm Debby came through the area and Scott made sure we were safe and had everything we needed. They should get an extra star for that. We’ll definitely book this property again next year.

This is an exceptional rental property. Our family was amazed by the cleanliness of the home and the amenities it provided! That is coming from a clean freak who normally must clean a rental upon entry, and this was not the case with this home. There was not a thing to do but have fun!! The beach was very close, and the home included everything you needed for a beach day and for evenings to watch the beautiful sunsets. The location was ideal and was not only close to the beach but shopping, and great restaurants. Our family has been traveling to Florida for many years and have rented many homes, and this is the nicest by far and we plan on returning! Thank you Scott, and Bree for hosting our family.

As someone who has stayed in many VRBOs with no kids and now with a family - this was the best we've ever stayed in. It was a great, spacious house with a wonderful pool. Everything was clean, comfortable and the neighbborhood is nice and quiet. A 4 min drive to the beach and very close to many stores, it made for a great. relaxing vacation spot. Many thanks to Scott and his family for letting us stay in his beautiful home!
