Very large, very beautiful, very comfortable house "Villa Jolanda". In the resort 2.5 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 80 - 185 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with WC, garden furniture. In the house: washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 1 km, café 1.4 km, bus stop 2.9 km, railway station 2.9 km, ferry 4.7 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 2 km (small). Sports harbour 2 km, surf school 2 km, sailing school 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Beautiful house in a good private location, the heated pool was an added bonus and really enjoyed spending Xmas evenings in there under the stars! The lovely owners and their dog Inka came to welcome us which was a nice touch. You have everything you need in this villa for a great stay! I will be back
