We’ve lived in washington for over 25 years. We are newly empty nesters with a small golden doodle. We love to travel and experience different cultures and people. We stayed with VRBO around the world and we want to host people when they come to our neighborhood. We would love to show them this beautiful Pacific Northwest.
Why they chose this property
To live in Woodinville is like living in the forest ( peaceful and private) but it is close to high tech hubs like Microsoft, SpaceX, Nvidia and more. This neighborhood is known for its beautiful wineries and wonderful restaurants. Lots of walking trails and people ride their horses on the trails.
What makes this property unique
Our house is on top of the cul-de-sac. Lots of trees. Feels like living in a big tree house. Very private and peaceful. Over the years, lots of animals have lived in our yard. We have a mother owl with two babies. Two young hawks lived here and learned how to fly. Squirrels, rabbits, hummingbirds and many more. We love that we all call this peaceful property home.
