Designed for the discerning traveler who values both high-energy activity and serene privacy, the property serves as a luxurious basecamp for exploring the historic 1960 Winter Olympic grounds.

The Ultimate Palisades Advantage

Our home is uniquely positioned on a street that feeds directly into the Palisades parking lot, allowing you to skip the long traffic delays typically associated with peak ski days. When you aren't hitting the slopes, enjoy the convenience of a scenic 15 to 20-minute stroll directly into the heart of the Village for world-class dining and après-ski.

A Refined Neighborhood Sanctuary

Nestled in a prestigious, quiet enclave of full-time residents, this estate is a haven for guests seeking a peaceful and sophisticated mountain retreat. While we warmly welcome large groups looking to reconnect, we maintain a strict commitment to the tranquility of our community. Loud gatherings and late-night parties are absolutely not permitted. To protect our neighbors’ quality of life, noise complaints will result in immediate eviction.

An Architectural Haven of Privacy and Scale

The home’s unique multi-level layout is intentionally designed to balance social connection with personal seclusion. While the expansive common areas invite grand gatherings, the 8 bedrooms are strategically distributed throughout the residence to provide quiet retreats for every guest. Large windows and multiple outdoor decks frame unobstructed, panoramic views of the valley and rugged mountain peaks.
