The StrandFlucht apartment with Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is centrally located in the spa district at Andreas-Dirks-Straße 1, not far from the promenade and the beach.
Tasteful, bright, non-smoking studio apartment, approx. 29 sqm, 1st floor, with a large east-facing balcony in the first row of buildings facing the sea.
PLEASE NOTE: There is currently an emergency staircase in front of the balcony.

Living/sleeping area with a cosy white bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), dining table with two chairs, large 49-inch smart TV, Wi-Fi internet access (not guaranteed), and two comfortable armchairs with two small side tables; laminate flooring.
Small kitchenette located separately in the hallway area, featuring: a two-burner hob, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, dishes, and various kitchen utensils.
The shower room was completely renovated in 2020.

Rental linens (required): The linen package includes:
3 terry cloth hand towels, 1 large bath towel, 1 shower mat, 2 tea towels, 1 bed sheet, 1 bedding set

Consumables such as trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap, and dishwasher tablets are provided as a starter kit in the apartment.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine ausreichende Größe für zwei Personen. Sie ist sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das absolute Highlight ist die Nähe zum Strand und zur Fußgängerzone, keine 5min. zu Fuß. Ebenso findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf (Bäcker, Edeka) in der direkten Umgebung. Wir waren sehr zu Frieden und können die FeWo Wärmstens empfehlen.

Ein wunderbarer Kurzurlaub auf der Insel Sylt

Eine gemütliche kleine Ferienwohnung, sparsam aber nett eingerichtet, sehr zentral aber ruhig gelegen in unmittelbarer Strandnähe.
