Welcome to Apartment 15 in the Seerose building.

This 45-square-meter apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children. Upon request, your dog is welcome to join you on holiday.
In the hallway, you’ll find plenty of space in the large closets for your suitcases and their contents.
From here, you can access the modern, interior shower room with a fixed shower screen, illuminated mirror cabinet, electrical sockets, wall-mounted toilet, and space heater.
The hallway also leads to the tiled living room, which is combined with the kitchen and dining area.
The fully equipped kitchenette features a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, as well as all the standard appliances you’ll need to prepare your holiday meals.
The corner sofa provides enough space for all guests to sit together. Wi-Fi, a compact stereo system, and a TV are available for your entertainment.
The interior bedroom, featuring two single beds (each 90 × 190 cm) and a nightstand, can be separated from the living room by a curtain.
The other bedroom features a bunk bed (each bed 90 × 180 cm), a linen closet, and a window leading to the balcony, which can be darkened with curtains. Both bedrooms are carpeted.
From the asymmetrically shaped, covered east-facing balcony, you can enjoy an unobstructed, direct view of the inland lake and Heiligenhafen’s old town. Here, you can start your day off wonderfully with a sunny breakfast.

All of our accommodation is non-smoking apartments. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony. We ask that you keep the balcony door closed while doing so.

Bed linens (12 €/person) and towels (8 €/person) are available for rent. Please let us know after completing your booking so we can bill you separately and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.

Welcome to the "Seerose" house at Steinwarder 1!
The apartment building is situated in a magnificent location between the Baltic Sea beach and the inland lake. A path leading directly from the building takes you just 250 metres to Heiligenhafen’s sandy beach, featuring a promenade, restaurants, beach chair rentals, DLRG lifeguard stations, and a beach lounge.

The condominiums, which vary in size and are individually furnished, have 1–3 rooms and accommodate 2 to 4 guests.
From the balconies, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view over the water: whether of the inland lake, the Baltic Sea, or the marina and Old Town depends on the specific apartment.

Both an lift and a staircase will take you to your desired floor.
In the shared laundry room, you can use the washing machine and dryer for a fee.
Each apartment comes with a free, designated parking space on the property. Bicycles can be stored behind the building, with some spaces under cover.
The large lakeside property with a well-maintained lawn offers direct access to the inland lake on two sides.
The main entrance is also accessible via two ramps, making it barrier-free.
