Located in a quiet neighborhood, it features a large yard, partially covered deck & off-street parking. Inside offers an eat-in kitchen, separate dining room, 3 good-sized bedrooms plus a front room with a futon—plenty of space for your group. Bigger than it looks and close to everything OOB has to offer! This is why guests have rated us 5 stars for four consecutive years!

The space
Everyone says “wow, it’s bigger than it looks”—and at 1,500 sq ft, it truly is! Features two large bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Enjoy an eat-in kitchen or separate dining room, plus a partially covered deck perfect in any weather. Big bathroom with tub & shower, large mostly fenced yard for kids or BBQs, washer/dryer, and off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Our guest love that there is are also beach chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart to pull them in!

Private home with separate apartment below (no shared living spaces). Laundry is shared but located in a separate basement area.

Other things to note
Bedding and towel sets are provided as well as starting basics like salt, pepper, oil, hand soap, shower products , paper towels, toilet paper and cleaning supplies.
