The comfortable and 5*-star DTV-classified holiday apartment “Friedenshöhe 4” is located in an apartment house newly built in 2022, which is characterized by high-quality materials and modern comfort.

On an area of ​​approx. 74 square meters, this holiday apartment on the 1st floor offers you a generous amount of space: 2 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms in Italian fine stoneware and furnishings from Villeroy & Boch as well as a large living room with high-quality parquet made of oiled oak floorboards and designer Furniture (Brühl & Sippolt, Rolf Benz), large TV and soundbar await you. The adjacent open kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. On the balcony you can thoroughly enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. Your four-legged friends are also very welcome.
The house has a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as a storage room for skis and bicycles. Baby cot and high chair are available upon request.
You can park your car in the underground car park belonging to the house (height 2.00 m). The elevator takes you directly to your holiday apartment without barriers.
The “Friedenshöhe” apartment house is in a very quiet location just above the center of Oberammergau. In about 15 minutes on foot you can reach the town center with various sights (Passion Play House and much more), the tourist information office, the train station and many shopping opportunities. A variety of restaurants are available for culinary holiday enjoyment. In addition, Oberammergau and the Ammergau Alps region offer you countless opportunities for cultural and sporting leisure activities at any time of the year.

Tolle Wohnung mit einem super Blick auf den Hausberg von Oberammergau. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Einzig die Parksituation in der Tiefgarage war etwas angespannt, da es sehr eng sein kann, je nachdem welche Parkfläche für den, der als letzter kommt, frei bleibt! Vielleicht sollten feste Parkflächen den einzelnen Wohnungen zugeteilt und die hintere, absolut engste und nur mit mehrfachem Rangieren zu benutzen, nach außen verlegt werden.

Tolle Lage, gute Größe. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung mit 2 Bädern. Die Tiefgarage ist für große PKW etwas eng.

Wohnung Nr. 4 bietet für uns vier Erwachsene großzügig Platz und ist überragend ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die ganze Wohnung war top sauber und gepflegt. Sehenswürdigkeiten lassen sich sehr gut und schnell erreichen und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Vielen Dank, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Atemberaubende Wohnung in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums, wunderschön ausgestattet mit allen modernen Annehmlichkeiten, warmen Duschen und bequemen Betten und Möbeln. Atemberaubende Aussicht vom Balkon über die Berge. Perfekte Lage für das Leidenschaftsspiel und einen ruhigen Rückzugsort von den verrückten Menschenmassen in der Stadt, wenn du sie brauchst. Manuela war eine nette Gastgeberin, die schnell auf Anfragen reagierte und reichlich Informationen über lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten gab. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Die Ferienwohnung Kofelblick Nr. 4 hat unsere Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern übertroffen. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, alles war bei Ankunft super-sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Wir haben uns zu Viert zzgl. Hund sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Sogar ein neuwertiges Hundebett war vorhanden.

Urlaub in Oberammergau

Die helle Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet ausreichend Platz für mind. vier Gäste. Reiseziele wie die Zugspitze und der Staffelsee sind schnell zu erreichen, aber auch in Oberammergau gibt es viel zu sehen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern lief reibungslos ab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
