Pure in historic Groveland, this mountain home is your basecamp for Yosemite, Don Pedro Lake, and Stanislaus National Forest—all minutes away.



Step inside to a warm, inviting retreat with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms — comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests. The fully equipped kitchen means you can cook your own mountain meals, while the open living area is perfect for gathering after a long day on the trails.



The moment you walk in, you are greeted by the home’s signature feature: soaring high ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace that anchors the expansive Great Room. The open-concept design and abundant natural light create an airy, modern atmosphere that feels both grand and inviting.



The Kitchen & Entertainment:



Chef’s Kitchen: Centered around a massive granite island, this space is fully equipped for group meals and morning coffee.



The Loft: An additional upstairs living area that overlooks the Great Room, offering a quiet retreat or workspace.



Accommodations (4 Bedrooms / 3 Full Baths): We have designed the sleeping quarters to provide maximum comfort and flexibility:



Family Suite: A spacious room equipped with a King bed PLUS a bunk bed (Twin over Full)—perfect for families with children.



Queen Guest Room 1: Features a comfortable Queen bed and modern mountain decor.



Queen Guest Room 2: Features a comfortable Queen bed with easy access to the main level living area.



Queen Guest Room 3: A private and peaceful room with a Queen bed.



With three full bathrooms across the home, your group will have plenty of space to refresh after a day at the lake or a hike in Yosemite.



Outdoor Living: Step out onto the newer Trex deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. With a BBQ grill on the deck, it’s the ideal setting for starlit dinners.



You will have full access to the entire home, the 2-car garage, and the spacious driveway. As our guest, you also gain access to the Pine Mountain Lake private amenities (some fees apply):



The Lake: Swimming at 3 sandy beaches, boat rentals at the Marina, and fishing.



Recreation: 18-hole championship golf course, tennis, and pickleball courts.



Dining: The Grill at Pine Mountain Lake (Country Club) and the Lakeside Café.



Adventure: Equestrian center for trail rides, hiking paths, and an archery range.

Parking: The property features a paved driveway and extra parking area—plenty of room for the whole group.

Gate Access: To maintain community tranquility and security, guest registration is required in advance. There's a $50 Guest Permit fee per car (valid 7 days) payable at the gate upon arrival—a community-wide policy for all visitors..
