There are 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, 2 family rooms and a beautiful view from the house and patio for entertaining.
It is close to the city center, Zions National Park, Sand Hollow, Tuacahn, Snow Canyon, golfing and hiking and biking trails. NO ANIMALS. No exceptions.
The Space:
Our home has a main level living and dining area that accommodates several people. Main level 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms, and laundry room. Upstairs 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms and a bunk room with full bathroom. Private back patio with grill and seating area. Two car garage, extra car parking right next to home and trailer parking available within the community.
Guest Access:
Guests may access all areas of the home except the Owners Closet located by the door leading from the house to the garage and Owners Closet in the master bathroom.
The Neighborhood:
Neighborhood walking paths with beautiful views. Hiking and biking trails accessible from the neighborhood. The pool and hot tub are heated year round. Plenty of parking for cars and trailers within the community.
Getting Around:
Our home is minutes from the I-15 freeway with easy access to great trails, restaurants and shopping of all kinds.
Other Things to Note:
Smoking is prohibited within the community.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be available anytime during your stay.
