The living area offers two extra sleeping spots—a cozy bunk bed and a comfy sofa bed—ideal for friends or family. A brilliant bathroom features a relaxing bathtub and a handy hair dryer. Climate control keeps the space welcoming no matter the season. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring or enjoying quiet moments inside, this spot feels like a true home away from home. Enjoy the sunset while sitting by the fire pit, or enjoy a meal in the shaded picnic area, or under the huge covered deck! Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. Bring your small fury friend (limit one), (20 lb weight limit, additional pet fee applies, and he/she is not allowed on the couch nor dining room seating. Come enjoy all the local amenities and resources. Here in this area, we have plenty of hiking trails, theatres, shopping, pickleball, basketball, bird watching, and tons of local events! We're also only an hour and a half to Pigeon Forge -- Dollywood, and Sevierville, and Gatlinburg. These are all great day trips! There are several optional brochures for you, upon arrival! Why they chose this property

Location, location, location! Literally, you can be either in Greeneville or Johnson City within 15 minutes. It's the perfect location especially for traveling nurses, or guests that come here on business or to catch up with their local family! The perfect get away spot centrally located yet private!

What makes this property unique

We have a lot of outdoor living space and everything anyone could need to just relax and get back to nature. No loud neighbors in the room next door -- because there aren't any "rooms next door" you have the whole place to yourself with plenty of room to spread out. Gorgeous sunsets from the huge covered front deck. It's a cozy home away from home.
