When we arrived there was no starter toilet paper, no paper towels, no trashbags…we had to go buy them before we could even use the restroom. The linens were not out in the bathrooms or on the beds. I never received the WiFi password when I asked. When you pay thousands of dollars for a vacation rental I don’t expect to have to go out immediately and purchase toilet paper and paper towels, and put the sheets on all of the beds.

Thank you for sharing this feedback. I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience you experienced. Our standard process is to have all beds made before arrival and to provide a welcome bag with starter essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and basic household items. It’s clear that several of these items were missing during your stay, and that is not the level of preparation we aim to provide. I also apologize that you didn’t receive the WiFi password when requested—communication should never be a frustration point. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention so we can address them with our team and ensure this doesn’t happen again. Your comfort matters, and we regret that this impacted your experience.
