The apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained apartment complex in the popular "El Palmar" residential community, not far from the idyllic "Las Marinas" beach in Denia. <br><br>In the bright living-dining area, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the natural surroundings and Mount Montgó. The open-concept living-dining room features a modern kitchen as well as a seating area with a pull-out bed, Android TV, internet, and air conditioning (cooling/heating). The balcony has been designed as a bright sunroom where you can open all the windows and enjoy the view into the distance.<br><br>The separate bedroom features a double bed and ample storage space in a traditional Spanish-style built-in closet. The modern bathroom includes a rain shower, sink, toilet, and bidet. <br><br>The spacious pool area is located directly behind the house and invites you to relax. <br><br>The beach is a 10-minute walk away. You can park your car for free in the parking areas in front of the house.

Apartamento en la urbanización El Palmar. Nosotros estuvimos 2 personas, pero está preparado para 4 huéspedes perfectamente. Tiene todo tipo de utensilios que se necesiten para la estancia. La comunicación con los dueños fue perfecta, te explican con todo tipo de detalle. Si nos cuadran fechas volveremos. Muchas gracias
