About the host
Hosted by Brooke Cooley
We are all about spending time outdoors with friends and family. We enjoy hiking, biking, skiing, and camping. We share our time between Ketchum and Hood Canal in Washington. Brooke is a 6th generation Idahoan with deep roots and a love of what makes Idaho special. This is our family meeting place and we enjoy helping others make memories here as well!
Why they chose this property
Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood of mostly full time residents. We have family on the street and enjoy the kind and helpful neighbors that exemplify “Idaho nice”. We are within walking distance to River Run, close to the Greenbelt, a 7 minute walk to town and restaurants, with hikes and trails nearby. This is a prime location to live like a local.
What makes this property unique
Location, location, location! Our home is nestled in aspens on a cozy street just blocks from everything. You can arrive and never get in your car if you like. That said, fabulous trails and skiing are just down the road. You can walk to restaurants and shopping, bike into town, enjoy shows at the Argyros, or walk down the greenbelt as far as your heart desires. We are set just far enough away that you won't feel like you are right in the middle of tourists and traffic, but close enough to make everything easy. Its a perfect home for families or small groups who want to unwind and soak in the natural beauty.
