Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Narrow motor access to 1 km from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.8 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 55 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km. Upper floor: small living room with TV and air conditioning. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning. Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Terrace furniture, barbecue. Panoramic view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, sauna (extra), iron, mosquito net, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Geweldige rustgevende locatie met een adembenemend uitzicht en superlieve familie die dit runt

Geweldig, toplocatie met mega uitzicht en rust! Zwembad is heerlijk en geweldig, het huis is schoon en goed verzorgd. We hebben zelfs verse eieren bij de kippen mogen halen! Je bent zo in Pisa, Florence of Lucca en de familie die dit runt is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Lieve mensen die je echt verwennen! Echt een aanrader

Die Besitzer sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn etwas war, konnte man stets Kontakt aufnehmen und hat auch zeitnah Rückmeldung erhalten bzw. kam immer sehr zeitnah jemand vorbei, um zu helfen. Wir waren zu viert dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es sich wieder ergibt, werden wir bestimmt wieder versuchen hier unterzukommen.

Un vrai bonheur

Un vrai plaisir ,maison plus qu au top a tous les niveaux propreté ,environnement,vue a couper le souffle,équipements, linge de maison largement suffisant et surtout les propriétaires etaient tres a l ecoute et tres serviables et d une gentillesse incroyable..allez y les yeux fermés.
