Private: garden 500 m2 (not fenced), swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 03.May. - 27.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: sauna (extra). Narrow motor access to 1 km from the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. E-charging station. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 3.8 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Versilia" 55 km, thermal baths "Montecatini Terme" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 24 km. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus und können es von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Das Ferienhaus war nicht nur wunderschön, gemütlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, sondern vor allem die Gastfamilie hat unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Wir wurden unglaublich herzlich, freundlich und warm empfangen und haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen und wie zu Hause gefühlt.Die Gastfreundschaft war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die Familie war jederzeit hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und unglaublich liebevoll – ohne dabei aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt sofort, dass ihnen ihre Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegen.Ein ganz besonderer Moment für uns war der 1. Geburtstag unseres Kindes während unseres Aufenthalts. Die Gastfamilie hat tatsächlich extra für unser kleines Geburtstagskind einen wunderschönen und unglaublich leckeren Kuchen gebacken! Diese liebevolle Geste hat uns sehr berührt und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben. So viel Herzlichkeit und persönliche Aufmerksamkeit erlebt man wirklich nicht überall.Das Ferienhaus selbst war sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genießen.Vielen lieben Dank für diese wunderschöne Zeit, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und all die kleinen und großen Aufmerksamkeiten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Ferienhaus und diese wundervolle Gastfamilie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Der Weg...

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön, wenn man einen ruhigen Urlaub in traumhafter Lage möchte. Die Besitzer wohnen mit auf dem Gelände, sind aber extrem diskret! Sie sind super herzlich&die gesamte Familie hat uns begrüßt/verabschiedet-inkl.Willkommensgeschenk!Die Besitzer haben einen Hühnerstall&Ziegen. Wir konnten sogar Eier ordern-frischer geht nicht! Das Haus ist sehr sauber&alles funktioniert-falls nicht wird das Problem sofort behoben! Einzig der Weg ist sehr anspruchsvoll&für geübte Fahrer.

Tolle Unterkunft

Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Alles war perfekt. F. und seine Familie waren sehr freundlich und waren jederzeit verfügbar bei Bedarf. Rustgevende omgeving

Dit vakantieverblijf is perfect als je volledig tot rust wilt komen. In eerdere recensies werd de weg er naartoe beschreven als uitdagend, nou dat is het zeker. Je bent behoorlijk lang onderweg over een smal weggetje voordat je er bent. Eventjes naar de winkel is er dus niet bij. Maar het is dus wel een super rustige omgeving met eigenaren die weliswaar op het terrein wonen maar die je privacy enorm respecteren. De inrichting van het huis is super, de airco's zorgen voor een goede nachtrust.

Das Haus im Paradies

Da mein Neffe auf Barrierefreiheit angewiesen ist, hatten wir das ideale Haus samt barrierefreier Anlage mit tollem Infinity - Pool. Grossartig! Die Gastgeber sind sehr fürsorglich, großzügig und rücksichtsvoll. Herzlichen Dank dafür! Ohne Einschränkung sind für uns alle Ferien in der Casa Rossa sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfekt zum Relaxen

Tolles Ferienhaus, der Pool mit der Aussicht ist das absolute Highlight. Es gibt viele Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten draußen und man hat immer einen Schattenplatz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist top. Weiteres Highlight ist die Außenküche. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Weg zum Ferienhaus führt durch den Wald und ist etwas abenteuerlich. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Geweldig huis met mega zwembad/uitzicht

Geweldig huis met een heerlijk uitzicht en geweldig zwembad. Huis was mooi schoon en compleet. Eigenaren zijn geweldig, super gastvrij en lief en zorgzaam. Wij genieten nu nog van de heerlijke eigen gemaakte pesto/ olijfolie en grappa! Hier kom je echt tot rust en geniet je optimaal.

Geweldige rustgevende locatie met een adembenemend uitzicht en superlieve familie die dit runt

Geweldig, toplocatie met mega uitzicht en rust! Zwembad is heerlijk en geweldig, het huis is schoon en goed verzorgd. We hebben zelfs verse eieren bij de kippen mogen halen! Je bent zo in Pisa, Florence of Lucca en de familie die dit runt is erg gastvrij en behulpzaam. Lieve mensen die je echt verwennen! Echt een aanrader

Prachtig uitzicht met heerlijk zwembad!

Een fijn huis met een heerlijk zwembad. De weg naar het huis is alleen niet fijn, het is een 11 minuten durende klim op een hele smalle weg waarvan 3 minuten op een onverharde weg. De weg is ook tweerichting dus je komt wel eens een tegenligger tegen terwijl het pad al te smal is voor 1 auto. Dit is niet voor elke auto of bestuurder te doen. Als je eenmaal boven bent bij het huis is het wel de moeite waard om er te zijn. Schitterend uitzicht en een heerlijk groot zwembad.

Top locatie met alle voorzieningen en een fantastisch zwembad. De verhuurders zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. We werden getrakteerd op een avondje met tiramisu en grappa, was super gezellig. Uitzicht is fenomenaal. Voor herhaling vatbaar.  G.

Traumhaus in idyllischer Lage

Ein superschönes Haus mit Traumblick über die Toskana. Auf dem Anwesen kann man genial entspannen.Ein riesengroßer Infinity -Pool auch mit Toskanablick. Die Vermieterfamilie war supernett. Sie brachten hausgemachten Kuchen und Grappa.

Wenn etwas war, konnte man stets Kontakt aufnehmen und hat auch zeitnah Rückmeldung erhalten bzw. kam immer sehr zeitnah jemand vorbei, um zu helfen. Wir waren zu viert dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn es sich wieder ergibt, werden wir bestimmt wieder versuchen hier unterzukommen.

Un vrai bonheur

Un vrai plaisir ,maison plus qu au top a tous les niveaux propreté ,environnement,vue a couper le souffle,équipements, linge de maison largement suffisant et surtout les propriétaires etaient tres a l ecoute et tres serviables et d une gentillesse incroyable..allez y les yeux fermés.
