It is a cute idea. The air stream is basically just a bedroom with a toilet. It is musty and moldy smelling. The out door shower had regular decking boards for a floor which were green and slimy. The shower over looks the neighbors house. The deck is the kitchen/ dining room. It was nice/new build. The living room would be the courtyard that has outdoor furniture that could use a good power washing. The firepit was nice. The camera that watches you while in the “living room” was the straw that made me pack up at leave. The completely fenced in yard that was only fenced on two sides. And the fact the area is in someone’s driveway were the other reasons I didn’t stay. The water from the kitchen sink and the shower just run out onto the ground making the area much damper then just the trees around it. The few minutes I was there I had bitten by bugs. If it was in a secluded area, the water was ran into a pit, the camera was on the outside of the fence. It could be a nice place.
