We had a wonderful stay while visiting the Duluth area for Grandma’s Marathon. The host truly went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay extra special. As runners, we especially appreciated the runner gift basket and the supplies provided for our family to make race-day cheer signs. Every guest was also provided with complimentary toiletries, robes, and slippers, which made the home feel welcoming and comfortable. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed. Having access to laundry facilities and laundry supplies was incredibly helpful during our stay. There were also plenty of entertainment options, including a foosball table, cornhole, and a variety of other games that our family enjoyed.The location was excellent—a quick drive to Duluth and all the attractions and race-related activities we wanted to visit. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. While the home is located near a train track, it was never an issue for us. We only heard the train twice during our four-night stay, and it never passed during the night.The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful whenever we had questions during our stay, which gave us peace of mind and made the experience even better.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Duluth/Superior area, especially fellow Grandma’s Marathon participants and their families.
