This beautifully decorated house, featuring many charming antique and modern details, is situated in a completely peaceful location on the edge of the Cala Mondrago Nature Reserve, just a few minutes’ walk from the small cove of Calo den Boira in the Cala Figuera harbour. Around the house, sun-drenched terraces and tree-shaded spots invite you to linger or take a refreshing dip in the heated swimming pool. After a long hike, you can relax wonderfully in the sauna. You can relax and daydream to your heart’s content on the beautiful, spacious outdoor terraces—whether you’re doing yoga or just letting your mind wander. Enjoy the sauna and pool accompanied by the sound of birdsong. The house is equipped with air conditioning. The heating system was completely replaced in 2025. As part of the 2025 renovation, the kitchen was completely remodeled, the ground-floor bathroom was fully renovated, the floors were replaced, and cosmetic repairs were carried out.
