My husband and I travel a lot, and we've stayed in a lot of VRBO's, in fact we have our own Lakehouse on VRBO. I have to say as a host myself this home was the absolute worse home we have ever stayed in. I booked this home 2 months in advance, therefore the host had time to prepare his home for us. When we checked in the house was 85 degrees. We reached out to the host with no reply. I called VRBO who reached out to the host, he answered immediately saying he would fix the problem. We went to dinner and came back 2 hours later to find the house now at 82 degrees. The AC was fixed on day 2. We tried watching TV to find there was no internet or TV, (the listing states there is) I again reached out to the host, which there was no reply. When we got ready to shower, we found long black hair stuck to the walls and the floor of the tub. The home is not kept up; the area of the home is horrible. The yard has not been mowed in weeks to a month with tall grass. The curtains in the bedroom are very shear, therefor when the sun comes up at 5:30am the sun shines right thru the bedrooms very bright. The host does not provide any rags for bathing or kitchen rags or towels for cleaning. This host does not provide extra garbage bags, even though he knew we would be here 5 days. He does not provide a hair dryer (that every hotel provides). We stayed here the whole 5 days with no TV or internet. This home should not be listed for guest.

Thanks a lot to her for her genius review. Only two complain she had to me. I tried to solve it right way. It was definately very hot day. She texted me Central AC is not working, But it was working perfectly since summer begins. I got a handy man, he figured out that circuit breaker fall. He turned it on and AC started working it took 45 minutes. I don't know how they operated it. How she used thermostate. She complained about internet. I called spectrum they said everything looks great but it need to restart the modem and take a little time. But, they were not in home so I could not reboot the modem. By these time I got a call from VRBO telling guest want compensation for disturbance of AC and and Internet. It was their 2nd day evening. I offered 20% money return of their total. But they demanded $350 money back. I told verbo agent to agree with their offer. Finally they got $350 back. She should have tell that in her review. Anyway, I honor and respect her as my guest. I expect her as my guest again so I can make her happy.

What makes this property unique

One bedroom with a King bed and bath room is located in first floor which is good for elder guests. Whole house is very spacious. It has central Airconditioner.
