On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Dénia, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 4 km from the sea, 4 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped (10 x 5 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, garden furniture. Stepped path (40 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 2.6 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bar 1.7 km, bus stop 4.9 km, railway station 4.5 km, ferry 5.8 km, sandy beach "Marineta Cassiana" 4 km. Sports harbour 4 km, surf school 4 km, sailing school 4 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Eine wunderschöne Villa

Wir waren mit insgesamt 7 Personen vor Ort. Wirklich klasse, sehr sauber & super schön eingerichtet. Eine kleine Empfehlung wäre sich ein eigenen Bettlaken mit zu nehmen, vor Ort zog sich das hauseigene leider in der Nacht durch Bewegung immer wieder ab & man musste es mehrmals zurecht rücken. Das ist wirklich der einzige Punkt zu dem ich mich äußern kann. Wir kommen in 2026 wieder! Es war super !

Villa Vista Paradiso is rustig gelegen met mooi zeezicht. Het huis is wat gedateerd, met een klein appartement beneden en een groter boven. Helaas was er maar één set sleutels, wat onpraktisch en onveilig was. De villa ligt aan het einde van een onverharde zandweg; in het donker lastig te vinden. Met wat extra voorzieningen en betere bereikbaarheid zou het verblijf comfortabeler zijn.

Cette villa est vraiment géniale, si belle et confortable extérieur comme intérieur. Offrant tous les aspects FAVORABLES pour un séjour à Dénia et ses alentours -(conforts des literies pour un repos optimal - fenêtres double vitrage, climatisation et calme - beauté des espaces paysagés...) Vu sur mer et montagne: un régal tous les jours! Merci aux propriétaires de prendre soin de ses hôtes pour un séjour qualitatif

Bergpanorama am Pool

Schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Ausblick auf Berge und Meer. Perfekt zum entspannen. Der Strand ist nur mit dem PKW erreichen, was uns allerdings bewusst war.

Sehr schönes Haus

Das Haus war sehr schön, genau wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Zufahrtsstraße war etwas holprig. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, ansonsten wäre es nicht auszuhalten. Ruhige Wohngegend. Zu Fuß in die Stadt ist etwas weit und man ist aufs Auto angewiesen.
