Your holiday rental is located in Gutspark Rerik, in a cottage-style house completed in 2020. You’ll reach your home via the shared hallway with a staircase, where you can store shoes and beach gear in the hallway.

The LIVING AND DINING AREA with an open kitchen is the heart of your family holiday. You’ll spend evenings together on the cosy corner sofa. A smart TV, Wi-Fi/LAN, and a radio provide entertainment. Breakfast is served at the dining table with 4 chairs (high chair available). You can also enjoy the great view from the large balcony window.

The high-quality, open-concept KITCHEN offers everything you need for self-catering. This includes an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 4-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee makers (filter & Tassimo), toaster, electric kettle, even a waffle maker, and many other cooking utensils.

Through the large window, you can step out onto the BALCONY, which features 4 chairs and a small table. From here, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea. In the evening, you can wind down here with a glass of wine and a good book.

The apartment has 2 BEDROOMS. Both are equipped with a double box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Please note that the box-spring beds require large fitted sheets due to their full-length mattresses. The bedroom on the top floor has access to its own bathroom.

Both BATHROOMS feature a walk-in shower, toilet, sink with mirror, towel warmer, and hair dryer. The bathroom on the ground floor also has a washer-dryer available for free use. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures a comfortable living environment.

The small storage room next to the hallway also contains an ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, and other cleaning supplies.

You can park your car next to the building. There is also a storage area for bicycles (uncovered). Free charging stations (11 kW) are available for both vehicles.

Laundry packages (bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 2 hand towels) can be booked for an additional 20.00 euros per person. The kitchen starter set (tea towels, cleaning cloths, a sponge, and 3 dishwasher tablets) is provided for you.
