Excellent value and an amazing stay. This cute, little place is wonderful. The property is close to the beach, near a ton of family activities, and a great value on a daily budget. There was enough space for us and the kids (two growing boys) and plenty stuff to keep everyone entertained. The firepit is easy to use and the private backyard is a great extension of space from the kitchen for an outside picnic lunch or a cozy dinner and drinks.There's plenty of parking, the area is quiet, and we felt safe walking around in the evening with the kids. All-in-all, this space is just right for a small family stay on the beach.

We had a lovely stay at this condo! Everything was clean and the complex was super quiet, which was wonderful! I loved the location being just 2 blocks from the beach, and the host provides beach chairs, towels (2) and boogie boards for your use! We also took advantage of the 2 bicycles and cruised around and went to play minigolf nearby as well as road to a nearby restaurant. We felt very safe in the neighborhood when we walked on foot to other places to eat as well. I really enjoyed this rental; it was clean, comfortable and quiet for my husband and I. We also enjoyed use of the TV and all the attached streaming services. I would definitely stay here again if we came back to the area! Thank you!

The location is great. Only a few blocks and short walk from the beach. Beds were comfortable and big. Kitchen is nice but had the minimal things needed. WiFi was pretty slow. Overall a good spot for the price.

We chose this area because it perfectly captures the relaxed coastal lifestyle we grew up loving. The neighborhood has a laid-back beach town feel while still being close to great local restaurants, waterfront spots, the port, and all the fun the Space Coast offers. We love being surrounded by the waterways, ocean breezes, and outdoor activities like surfing, fishing, boating, and beach walks. One of our favorite parts of the area is how peaceful and welcoming it feels while still being just minutes from exciting attractions and unforgettable rocket launch views.

What makes our property truly unique is that it’s part of a very small quiet condo complex which gives guests a more private and relaxed feel compared to larger crowded buildings. The standout feature is the unusually large private patio perfect for spending time outdoors in a peaceful coastal setting.

Guests especially love the fire pit which makes evenings feel warm and inviting after a day at the beach. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee in the ocean air grilling out or winding down under the stars the space is designed for comfort and connection.

Combined with the laid back coastal vibe of the surrounding area near Cocoa Beach and the Space Coast it creates a stay that feels both private and authentically beachside simple relaxing and memorable.
