We moved here from Lancaster, PA in 2024. We came to the area to visit during the early Spring and decided to make a permanent move so we could spend more time on the water and enjoy the milder winters - we happily left our snow blower behind!

Why they chose this property

We love the street the cottage is on. It is close to the courthouse and the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. Within walking or biking distance. The marina is across the street, and Mary Ross Park and it's Saturday Farmer's Market is also right down the street.

What makes this property unique

The cottage is an old one built in the late 1800's. We gutted it down to the studs and everything in it is new and modern, but retains the coastal cottage feel.
