PINE unCONTAINED-Lower Unit -Modern Mountain Container Home with Mountain Views

Welcome to the Lower Unit at PINE unCONTAINED - a Modern shipping container home with mountain views, a private pond and 2.5 peaceful acres to relax and recharge. Enjoy the great outdoors with a large deck and automatic hangar door (with push-button operated bug screens to keep the great outdoors, well - out). Watch elk stroll by in the morning, enjoy sunset views in the evenings, doesn't get any better!

NOTE: this is the lower unit only - find our other listing for the top or the entire home.

This unit has a full kitchen (stove / range, full size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, microwave etc).

The living room has a sofa sleeper and the bedroom features a king-size bed.

The spa bathroom features a large free-standing soaking tub and tile shower.

This unit features a large 40-foot outdoor patio with a dining area, lounge patio seating and BBQ grill. (The upper deck is reserved for those guests who are staying in that unit - please respect privacy and do not enter their private deck area).

The parking is shared - there is room for two vehicles in the adjacent driveway, please only use one - the other is for the guest upstairs. There is plenty of additional parking at the bottom of the hill for additional vehicles.

NOTE this property has a seasonal wildlife pond / open water - children and those who may struggle if they fall in MUST BE WATCHED AT ALL TIMES.

The container was clean, neat, well planned, and actually more than we expected. The kitchen was well stocked with all that we needed. The choice of furniture and etc. for each of the rooms was more than adequate. Beautiful seems to fit! There are many well placed electrical outlets. The deck is very spacious, with lovely and varied furniture. The hosts were very helpful! Pat & Charlie Kennedy

We had a wonderful stay at UnContained in Pine, AZ! The property was spacious and was the perfect size for the two of us, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. The bathroom is gorgeous and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen. The living space was great and we loved raising the large hangar door to expand it and bring the outdoors in.One of our favorite features was the large deck, which was the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the beautiful surroundings. The peaceful setting made the stay even more memorable, and we were thrilled to see a family of elk during our visit—a true highlight of our trip!The location was excellent, and the host was responsive and easy to communicate with, making the entire stay smooth from start to finish. We highly recommend Pine UnContained to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful getaway with great amenities, beautiful scenery, and close proximity to the stores and restaurants in Pine and Strawberry. We would gladly stay here again!
