We hosted a clinic and brought staff up from across the country. All the hotels were sold out so we rented the house. The staff now told us they don’t ever want to stay at the hotel again. This house all the way!

Nice relaxing waterfront home
The house was very clean and inviting. There wasn't anything that you could want that they didn't provide. It temperature was hotter than normal and the place didn't have AC, but the ceiling fans and additional fans provided helped to keep the place cool.

Disappointing!
The property behind the house on the lake is beautiful, but the house needs a lot of work! We chose this unit based on the five star rating, but it is far from the quality level/standards of that rating. Issues such as broken down furniture and fixtures, possible mold on window sills, and unfinished ceilings need to be addressed before this unit is rented by other parties.

This house was great for a family weekend! Two bedrooms are upstairs and one downstairs that grandma stayed in. A bathroom up and downstairs for easy access. We had adults that slept in the twin beds and they were a comfortable foam mattress. The queen beds were a little more firm. I was surprised even the futons as couches were plush, and would have been acceptable to sleep on if we needed. We really enjoyed easy access to the lake directly from the yard with a solid dock. Used two paddle boards and a kayak that were available. They were clean and stored close to the dock. The back deck was well stocked to grill and gather. Extra propane tank was provided. Outside tables were not wiped down, but it was spring when we visited so it could have been lots of elements. Kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and grocery was around 15 min drive. Note that if your group needs noise privacy, both upstairs bedrooms are loft style so there is opening to below. They are visually private with doors/blinds, but not entirely enclosed walls, so it's easy to talk between all the areas. This actually worked in favor of our group.
