I always Love staying here it’s very close to Parsons Beach wich we love going to every year. The cottage was nice but small for a family of 7 adults. We still enjoyed our stay. Nice Comfy Cozy Cottage.

Very pleased….
It was a great place. Clean. It’s a 5-10 minute walk to Parsons Beach. 5 minute drive to all the activity in Kennebunkport.
The location is great and was perfect for our family. The unit was clean, the linens, towels and bathrooms were very clean. The only issue was there were a lot of cobwebs and the whole unit needed a dusting. In the kitchen there was a rug and under it was a sandbox. The ease of booking, getting a text as soon as the unit was available, ease of checkout etc were all great. We were very happy and would definitely book the unit again. Thank you!

Cottage near Parson’s Beach and Kennebunkport
Pros: Cottage is in great location across from Parson’s Beach, with easy access to Kennebunkport. The cottages were quiet, and the Vacasa team was responsive to issues
Cons: it’s small, so hard to fit luggage and other items in the bedrooms. One bathroom has great shower, and the other not so good. Probably ok for 2 people, but tiny for 4 adults.

DO NOT BOOK HERE! Check in was easy. Details provided via text. But we found mouse turds in 2 locations and when I reached out to VRBO and requested a new cabin for our 2nd night they sent someone to set new traps and said they couldn’t move us but agreed to reimburse us 100. It’s been 8 days and I am not receiving any updates or reimbursement. Very very disappointed. The place is tiny. There was also mold in the bathroom shower.

Thank you for providing us with this valuable feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the issues you encountered during your stay, including the presence of mouse droppings and mold in the bathroom shower. We completely understand how distressing and disappointing this must be, especially when you expected a clean and comfortable environment. We also want to acknowledge your frustration regarding the resolution offered by VRBO and the lack of reimbursement and updates over the past eight days. Your experience is important to us, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and delay in communication. Our local team is aware of all your concerns, and we will follow up to ensure that all your concerns will be resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to better serve you in the future.
I tried several times to reach someone and NOTHING for communication. Will not recommend.

We stayed here for a wedding with my family if 5 and elderly parents. The layout was perfect for my dad to get around.
Simple set up and great bathrooms. Beds were comfy. We didn’t spend a ton of time here because we were busy with wedding events all weekend. Not really a “hangout” place but perfect place to rest you head.
First impressions always matter and as a rental property owner I just want to point out a few things. Check in was easy with the keyless entry. A large brown stain on the living room rug was there to greet us. The bedrooms were fine but there was no where to put our suitcases and the bedding did not appear to be the right size. There were also 2 bed skirts that were not on there properly and pretty much laid on the floor. The shower in the hall bathroom was pretty pitiful. The water flow was minimal at best and we had to turn the shower on and off constantly to get any hot water. The fan in the main room did not work. We switched out the batteries in the remote with no success. I called VACASA to let them know about the fan situation and they told me that someone would call me back with in the hour. I never heard from anyone. I was reluctant to book this property in the first place because of previous reviews of VACASA, clearly they were correct. We loved the location and it was great having a pool right there. We also met some other homeowners at the pool and they were super nice. If I owned this property the first thing I would do is fire VACASA then "tidy up" the other items mentioned and this would be a great place to stay. The property just needs a little extra TLC right now and good property management.

Close to everything
Comfortable, clean and had everything we needed. Only advice would be to grab groceries before getting to cottage. Great communication with check in and check out
Small cabin was conveniently located a 10 minute peaceful walk to Parsons Beach. There was a nice small deck to have coffee on in the morning. Close to Kennebunkport! Pool liner was not clean.
it was clean the area around the home could be better keep . i would stay there again .

Quiet & cozy
Cottage was very clean & well kept. All kitchen necessities were available to prepare meals at home. A/C unit kept us very cool & comfortable. It was in close proximity to many beaches and attractions. We had a great time and we will be visiting beautiful Maine for many years to come.

Cute place a great location!
We enjoyed our brief stay at this beach cottage. It was everything we needed for our family of 4. We did have an issue with the TV (I I wanted to watch a sporting event!) and since they don't have regular cable, there was an issue. But the folks from Vacasa handled it very rapidly and were great! Can't say enough about that service. We would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a nice, comfortable spot near Kennebunk.
This home is in a small condo complex just a short walk from Parsons beach. The home was excellent for our small family and the pool was great for after the beach relaxing. The kitchen countertop is small but we made due for the couple of meals we prepared. The only recommendation would be to update the landscaping of the common areas which definitely are showing their age and wear.

Wonderful Getaway
We had 5 adults and 1 child and the cottage still felt roomy enough. I loved the tvs in the bedrooms and main room and the individual heat/air controls in each bedroom and main room. Beach chairs and beach towels were available, which was great. Parsons Beach is a walk. There are 5-6 parking spaces so go by 9:00 am or after 3:00. If there are no spaces, you can drop people and beach stuff off then 1 person will have to walk to the beach and walk back to get a car to pick up the rest of your group and stuff when you are finished. My grandson loved the pool, playground, basketball court, and cornhole. There are plenty of places to eat around. It's a great place to stay.
The reason I did not give 5 stars is that there was nobody onsite that we were told to contact - it was an 800 number to call- as well as when I booked, there were delays in answering my questions via email and the phone number voicemail stated to wait until my trip was closer to call. I will say that the email response was much quicker when we were at the cottage.
