There is nothing like a getaway to the beach to let the ocean and its waves wash your worries away. This beachfront, coastal-themed home is the perfect place to do just that. Ideally situated directly on the sand with easy beach access, all you have to do is slip on your flip-flops, grab some sunscreen, and walk a few steps to the shoreline.

Located in the heart of Seal Beach, you'll be within a short walk or drive of local favorites, including the Seal Beach Municipal Pier, Main Street shops and restaurants, Knepper's Alaska Fishcamp, and the Anaheim Landing Historical Landmark.

Designed with larger groups and multi-family vacations in mind, this spacious retreat offers plenty of room to gather while still providing comfortable spaces to spread out.

The first level features a welcoming family room with an attached kitchenette, creating the perfect place to relax after a day on the beach. Watch TV, prepare snacks or light meals, and enjoy convenient access to the furnished beachfront deck. The kitchenette includes a mini refrigerator, full-size stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and ice maker. This level also offers one bedroom and a cozy den with an electric fireplace, TV, and desk.

Upstairs, the open-concept main living area is designed for spending quality time together. Relax with a movie on the large TV, gather around the dining table for meals or one of the provided board games, or step onto the balcony to soak up the sunshine and ocean breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare everything from beach snacks to family dinners, along with a Keurig coffee maker for your morning cup.

This level also includes two additional bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and the spacious primary suite. The primary bedroom features its own electric fireplace, TV, and an impressive ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a large walk-in closet.

PLEASE NOTE THAT AIR CONDITIONING IS AVAILABLE ON THE UPPER LEVER ONLY. THE LOWER LEVEL IS NOT AIR CONDITIONED.
Home is highly accessible with minimal stairs and an onsite elevator.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property.
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Wonderful stay at the Gull Cottage. Fully stocked for family fun with beach gear, toys and board games. The unit is beautifully decorated and a relaxing space to unwind. We enjoyed our family time spent out on the balcony and roof top enjoying the unobstructed views of the ocean. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet, we slept great. Downtown is an easy walk along the beach to restaurants and shopping.

The house has a great view of the beech and the patios are great for relaxing in the sunshine. The beds are comfortable. The property made for a pretty easy commute to Disneyland and sitting on the patio at the end of the long days was terrific. The elevator made access for our parents much easier as well.

The Most Perfect Beach Cottage

We loved everything about Gull Cottage, the proximity to the beach, amazing ocean views, beautiful nautical themed decor. Ample space for families and great parking space were a plus. We loved our stay here and look forward to returning!

Great Getaway!

The nautical decor throughout the house enhanced the mood of living on the beach as well as listening to the rhythm of the ocean waves. It was very relaxing to sit on the top deck or second level patio and watch the pelicans, seabirds and people go about their day. It’s a great place to getaway, relax and reconnect with family. The location is perfect as you are in a quiet spot on the boardwalk but within walking distance to the green belt or Old Town where all the tourists and locals hang out.

Seal Beach Christmas Parade

Amazing from top to bottom! Perfect spot on the sand for me, wife, son, mom, and in-laws. Yes, 3 grandparents and my teen boy joined the wife and I on our 2nd annual weekend attending the Seal Beach Christmas parade. Beautiful, fun house that I will definitely book again.

Beautiful Property

Property was as advertised. A lot of room for a family of five or more. Right on the beach wiht great views. Nice little town nearby with a small main street. Quiet suburban location. The unit is very modern and has all the amenities you need. Was very pleased with the property and would rent again if ever out in LA.
