The cosy holiday home “See Nest” in Scharbeutz-Klingberg is equipped to accommodate 4–5 people and offers plenty of space for a holiday with the whole family or friends—and even for your beloved “four-legged friends.” For complete relaxation in a peaceful forest setting, this property—located on a separate, enclosed lot about 600 metres away—offers direct access to Lake Pönitz—ideal for cooling off in the evening or refreshing yourself in the morning.<br>The house features a spacious living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa for one person and a large LCD TV. A fireplace provides cosy warmth, not just in winter.<br>The dining area for 5 people and the spacious kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave are integrated into this space. From here, you can access the furnished southwest-facing terrace, which opens onto a small, well-maintained garden surrounded by a hedge for your privacy. There is also a portable fence available to set up so that even your “little ones” can play or relax undisturbed.<br>There is a guest bathroom on the ground floor. <br>The upper floor features two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed, an LCD TV, and a balcony, and another with two single beds—as well as a bright shower room with a toilet. A foldable travel cot is available for our younger guests. <br>Wi-Fi is available here. A washing machine is available for use. One parking space is available on the premises. <br>This is a non-smoking apartment. Well-behaved dogs are welcome! <br><br>By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From October 1 through March 31, you may walk your dog along the entire coastline!! <br>In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” near Klingberg is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of Northern Germany.<br><br><br>Facility:<br><br> The “See Nest” holiday home is furnished for 4–6 people and is situated in a very idyllic location on Lake Pönitz. It features a spacious living/bedroom with a sleeper sofa for 2 people, a large LCD TV, a stereo system, a dining area, a spacious kitchenette with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave, a guest bathroom, and a terrace with a garden facing southwest. On the ground floor, you’ll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed, an LCD TV, and a balcony, and another with two single beds and a shower room. Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome upon request. In just a 5-minute drive, you’ll reach Haffkruger Beach or Scharbeutz Beach.
